COMMUNITY OUTREACH PREVENTION EDUCATION, INC. began back in 1997 with just a handful of participants and a minimal budget. We worked hard to grow and develop into the renowned Community Service Program we are today. Dedication and preparation go hand-in-hand with everything we do.

Our door is always open to new participants, no matter what their experience level. We are proud to bring together people from all over Camden, Delaware and beyond.
